How to Place an Order
Once you've located an item to order, click on the "ADD TO CART " button. You'll immediately be taken to the "VIEW CART" screen where you can verify the item you have selected, remove the item or adjust quantities.
We accept payment primarily through PayPal. This option provides the best protection for both the buyer and the seller in case of unforeseen difficulties during the purchase and delivery process.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit and Credit cards. To do this, you can use the universal payment platform in our other online store INDIEGOGO-INDEMAND at the following link:
During checkout, you'll be asked to enter your billing, shipping and credit card information. When you've finished entering this information, simply press the "Pay Now " button.
Note: all charges will be listed as WONDERTOOL on your credit card statement.
Your credit card will be charged for the Order Total amount at time of shipping.
All pricing and shopping cart Subtotals, Taxes, and Grand Totals are in USD (United States Dollars).
Your credit card will be authorized in real-time using secure payment technology (usually takes less than 60 sec.). If the authorization is successful you will be presented with an order receipt and an e-mail copy of your order.

Canceling or Changing an Order
You can make changes to your order anytime during the checkout process prior to submitting the order. Once you have submitted the order you cannot make any changes through the website. If you have submitted the order in error or need to make a change please contact customer support, so we can assist you. Have your order invoice handy, so we can more efficiently help you.
Shipping Rates & Policies
All orders will be shipped FREE only within the United States via FedEx / UPC Standard ground, unless otherwise noted. For orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, as well as other countries, please contact customer support for a shipping quote. Presently, we do not offer international shipping to unsupported countries and are unable to drop-ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or other Military Addresses. We require all "ship-to addresses" to be valid street addresses.
Orders shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional shipment fee which will be calculated during checkout prior to submitting order.
When your order ships we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with a tracking number.
During checkout we verify your zip code in order to access taxes if required by your state. Please note this tax during the checkout process.
Future government legislation my require changes to when and how sales tax is calculated for a given online order. If and when new legislation comes into effect, our sales tax policy will change in order to comply with any new state or federal sales tax requirements.
Return Policy and Procedures
You have 30 days starting from the day your item was shipped in which to receive a full refund on incorrectly shipped or defective items only. Returns must contain all of the original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc...) and be in its original packaging and the product must be in new (unused) condition. We also require a copy of the original invoice or receipt in order to process your refund request.
Please note that Wonder Store must be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for a full refund or replacement. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Wonder Store, you are welcome to return it.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
For returns, please contact customer support with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please do not send back your purchase - we will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment shortly after.
Customers can return goods once Wonder Store has been notified and the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
